We are currently seeking a diverse Accounting Systems Support who will cover Operational as well as Project activities. This position is likely to involve travel to Europe, North America & Australia. The Accounting Systems Support Analyst acts as a key resource in the day to day operations of core finance systems. This includes PS Financial modules - General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Asset Management, the Intellimatch reconciliation system, MicroStrategy reports, and the MBI banking reporting system (Axiom). In addition, the System Accountant will liaise with Finance and business users regarding their requirements for enhancements and development of the systems. They would be expected to provide functional systems knowledge, business analysis and project management skills to these projects. Key Skills: • Investment Bank / Financial Institution experience • PeopleSoft Financials experience with developed skills in GL, AP and AM modules (administration perspective) • Strong Excel & VBA skills would be advantageous • Financial Reporting or Business Intelligence experience • Reporting tool experience such as Cognos or Business Objects • Exposure to Regulatory Reporting systems, such as Axiom • Ability to interact with broad user base extending from Accounts Payable staff to Director level Finance users Please apply to dw@incisive.co.uk ASAP |
