| Description | Alliance Manager - CRM - Experience with selling CRM products or services is essential. - 10+ years in IT - At least 3 years experience in Sales and Alliance roles ideally in the IT service industry. - Should have carried and exceeded targets in at least 2 years. - Product exposure to SFDC (Salesforce.com) preferred. - Relationship management experience of any kind would be an added advantage. - Knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce.com) as a company, how they are organized, the key people would be immensely preferred. - Experience in dealing with multiple geographies within Europe. Knowing one additional language (Spanish/German/French) would be useful but not mandatory. Skills Relationship management activities. Development of service opportunities within client businesses Functioning as key member of account management team Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, oral and presentational) Budget management and business case development skills Able to manage interdependencies of projects and impact of external influences Commercial acumen and P&L responsibility Know how of the current trends in the market and the regulatory changes. Experience of large scale outsourcing & off shoring. |
