| Description | Business Support Analyst SpecificationsLocation: Bury Salary: £16,500 - £18,000 plus various benefits, such as pension and holiday The Candidate This role represents an excellent career opportunity working for a Blue Chip finance organisation. Previous Analyst Experience is essential. Ideally in a finance, banking or insurance company. The Role To contribute to the fulfilment of the key operational and control responsibilities of Business Services, meeting team targets Update and maintain records and ledgers in an accurate and timely manner Assist in the investigation and resolution of disputes and queries Set up and process data into the relevant systems in order to generate the required reports and transactions Prepare and validate data from applicable systems for customers and managers and ensure documentation has been appropriately executed Support compliance through maintaining, documenting and testing procedures for key operational activities to meet Group Risk Minimum standards and satisfy Group Audit requirements Contribute to the identification of process improvements to maximise efficiency and the maintenance of task cards to reflect the way each task is fulfilled Where relevant, consider and promote the fair treatment of customers in decisions and actions undertaken The Client Our client is a Blue Chip finance organization who have award winning staff and an excellent benefits scheme as well as good career progression opportunities.
