| Description | C# Application Development Team Leader - BANKING / C# / Trading Systems My client, a well known investment bank, is currently looking to recruit a professional C# Development Team Leader. As team lead, candidates will be required to manage a team of C# developers to provide front-end Trading System solutions for the FICC business in London. Areas of focus include trade capture, risk reporting, rates management. Consistent growth within FICC means that candidates demonstrating stand out abilities will be presented with significant scope for personal and career development. Core Responsibilities: Hands-on leadership of a team to: • Work with users in the front office to identify business strategy and prioritise deliverables • Translate business strategy into clear technical and analytical front-end systems solutions • Design and develop the FICC front-end trading systems • Adopt a proactive approach to technology and introduce new/improved solutions • Work with regional front-office application development team leaders to develop a global strategic front-end trading solution for the FICC business • Build and maintain strong relationships with the business and other teams within IT Required Skills: • Experience as a team leader developing large-scale C# front-end systems • Practical knowledge of the financial markets, ideally with Commodities experience • A strong desire for technical excellence and a proven track record of delivering innovative technical solutions in a global front-office financial environment • Strong communication skills • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities • Outstanding academic achievements; ideally you'll possess a relevant university technology degree, post-graduate qualification or equivalent Please send through a full resume to dw@incisive.co.uk detailing clearly your suitability for the role. |
