Description	Company Overview Our client is the world's leading developer of sports simulations. Based in North London, the company has a full-time staff of 34 and employs the services of more than 1,500 part-time researchers across the globe. Seven of our client's creations are among the UK's Top 20 best-selling PC games of all time. The company's future games will be published by the global computer and videogames giant, SEGA. Position Overview This development role has it’s focus on console platforms – on both existing systems and also next-gen platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work with existing team members and also on solo projects• Assist in Multi-platform design• Assess next-gen platform viability KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Experienced to Industry standard in C/C++ programming• Cross platform experience (i.e., porting)• CONSOLE DEVEOPMENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST (current and next gen)• Optimisation experience• Threading/concurrent programming experience. A good candidate should have a passion for the gaming industry.
