Your main duties would include:To act as point of contact for customers Verify that correct documentation has been received from the customer Liaise with internal, and external customers regarding queriesMaintain and update relevant systems To make contact with internal and external customers regarding their accountsAssist people who are behind on payments The Package Starting salary is £15,500 for new staff - potential to increase to £17,500 through performance.
