Description	Customer Relations Executive / CRM – Motor Finance - Maternity Cover SpecificationsLocation: Stockport Salary: £16,000 - £17,000 pro rata The Role Maternity Cover for 6 months. Working in a highly motivated, office based sales environment you will provide support to the SME Markets Sales Team by progressing new vehicle orders through to delivery, managing customer queries and complaints and supporting the customer throughout the after sales process. As a member of the SME Markets Team the successful applicant will need to have excellent oral communication and relationship building skills along with a strong desire to succeed. Additionally the role requires high levels of self organisation along with a strong team working ethic. Automotive industry product knowledge would be an advantage however specific on the job training will be given and coaching and support will be ongoing. Key role responsibilities Record and progress customer complaints and queries to comply with regulatory and legislative requirements, including Lloyds Banking Group TCF principles. Liaise with dealers and update customers on proposed stock date changes. Contact customers upon delivery to ensure all expectations have been met. Work collaboratively within the Sales Mini Team and utilise the ‘Buddy’ system to help achieve overall team objectives. Support the account management function by preparing contract amendment quotes within agreed margins. Comply with the requirements and standards of the company quality policy and systems. The Candidate Previous administration and office based customer service experience is essential.
