| Description | Customer Relations Executive / CRM – Motor Finance SpecificationsLocation: Birmingham Salary: £16,000 - £17,000 plus various benefits, such as pension and holiday The Role Working in a highly motivated and customer focused team providing customers with quotes and through effective follow up activity progress quotes to orders. You will provide support to customers regarding their fleet to maximise customer retention. Key Responsibilities Provide quotes and enter orders accurately in line with customer policies and service level agreements. Through proactive and effective controls generate new business through de-hire replacements Proactively follow up quotes within prescribed timescales to secure the business and achieve pre-set targets. Handle telephone/e-mail/fax/e-commerce enquiries from customers in an efficient and professional manner whilst observing the Data Protection Act and demonstrating the company values and sound behaviours Provide accurate, detailed and timely reports to customers as required. Carry out such tasks that are required to meet the needs of the business. Maintain and work towards growing the customer database to fully capitalise on all available sales opportunities. The Candidate Previous administration and office based customer service experience is essential.
