Experience in a Customer Service Role
Experience of vehicle leasing or care hire and car finance
Good attention to detail
Good written and oral communication skills
The Role Responsible for providing customer service support for a broad client base whilst supporting the wider customer service department. Other responsibilities will include the production of quotes, progression of orders, renewals management, handling client enquiries and the offer of alternatives and promotion of special offers to help achieve overall Regions Sales targets.
Produce quotes, progress orders and handle wide-ranging enquiries, meeting agreed service levels.
Develop an understanding of employee tax legislation, car policies and procedures and be able to explain these at driver and fleet manager level
Develop the skills and know-how to resolve routine enquiries via telephone/email/fax/web, effectively prioritising workload.
Understand the different functional areas of the Company and develop relationships with key operational areas.
To process customer bespoke requests, reports and off-system processes.
Produce routine system reports and manipulate raw system data to produce Excel formatted customer bespoke reports. Demonstrate an understanding of the content of all reports, able to explain at fleet manager level.
Operate core and internet systems. Attend regular review meetings with customers (in our offices or at customer’s premises).
Meet customer service standards and targets as set; ensuring customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
