About the Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is the ideal position for someone wishing to develop in the finance area in a growing organisation. Due to the company’s continued and rapid expansion, a flexible and adaptable approach is essential. You need to be energetic, enthusiastic, fast-working and able to multi-task! Core Responsibilities: • Implement and maintain good credit control process and guidelines • Prepare & produce all monthly and adhoc sales invoices • Reconcile monthly sales revenue report to ledger • Resolve all sales ledger queries with clients and internal account managers • Affiliate Reconciliations • Prepare and distribute client statements • Set up new clients and maintain client database • Run & distribute weekly and monthly click reports • Liaise with clients and internal customer’s • Sales ledger account analysis • Prepare monthly revenue accrual • Involvement in the revenue tracking process • Support the Financial Controller with journal and accrual preparation, monthly management accounts, ledger analysis, monthly payroll and purchase ledger duties Candidate Requirements • Exceptional organisation and communications skills • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Experience of Sage 200 would also be advantageous • Creative ideas, masses of initiative and the ability to see projects through • An ability to multi-task across a variety of business areas To stand out from the crowd you will have experience of - Credit control - Implementing processes and procedures - Sales invoicing - Sage TLP Consultancy Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
