Description	My client is a digital marketing agency specialising in creative Web design and they are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance team and provide first class financial accounting for their business. Your responsibilities will include: Day to day financial management of the UK business, production of management accounts and reporting, liaising with the UK COO. To coordinate the work of the finance team ensuring all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have strong technical accounting skills with previous experience of financial and management reporting. Desire to remain hands-on with the financial reporting. Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and motivate a team. You will ideally hold a full professional accountancy qualification – ACA/ACCA/CIMA although part qualified and non professional (AAT) will be given strong consideration with the appropriate level of prior experience and ideally you will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject (e.g. economics, business, etc) or have commensurable experience. You will be fully conversant with MS Office applications (particularly Excel), experienced user of SAGE Line50 and the Internet and email. You'll be self motivated, positive, enthusiastic, hard working and eager to learn as much about the online marketing business as possible.
