| Description | Front Office Application Developer (EQUITIES) – Must have Java and/or C#/C++ My client is a globally recognized investment bank and their Front office team requires a Front Office Application Developer to provide development and support for all systems relating to trading and interface application for trade and risk pricing (Equity based products). The candidate must be able to provide support as required for the team, including taking part in application support Rota and on-call support. Essential Technical Skills: • Core Java Development – must have a solid Java background within Front Office (Investment Banking) • C# and/or C++ Development – must have solid technical background • Excellent Unix Skills • Excellent Database development skills (Ideally Sybase) • Solid understanding on Investment Banking business – EQUITY AND/OR EQUITY DERIVATIVE TRADING SYSTEMS If the candidate has experience with FIDESSA, this would be an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity to join a young and dynamic Investment Bank who can provide you with the training and career guidance you need.
