| Description | Reporting to the Vice President of HR, this is the ideal position for someone who is passionate about HR and wish to develop the HR function in a growing organisation.
Your core responsibilities will include: Provide the highest levels of performance and service standards to achieve and ensure continuous improvement in terms of the HR function Manage the HR filing and recording system Responsible for dealing with benefits administration Responsible for all recruitment activities: Liasing with Hiring Managers Laising with agencies Screening CVs Co-ordinate interviews Ensure the candidate database is ready at all time to fulfil our clients staffing requirements Issuing new Contracts Carry pre-employment checks Co-ordinate training activities Take responsibility in the operational running of the various HR projects Support the induction process Responsible for the absence recording system (holiday and sickness) Advice and support to employees on general HR queries Your experience will include Previous experience within an HR role is essential and a HR qualification such as Certificate in Personnel Practice would be advantageous. Must also have excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise a very busy workload Confident in dealing with people at high management level written Results-focused and committed to high personal standards and a desire to achieve Ability to work on your own Strong computer literacy: experienced in Microsoft Applications inc.
