| Description | Head of Delivery – Client Delivery - Northern Europe. The Head of Delivery is responsible for co-ordinating the necessary internal and external resources and activities for a range of skillsets to ensure the highest quality possible service fulfilment. The appointee will be a highly motivated individual capable of working on their own initiative in a sometimes complex and difficult environment, ensuring that projects are kept on track and completed in a timely manner to the customer’s satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management, Project Management, Supplier Management, Reporting to Line Management, Quality Management and People Management. Essential attributes: A proven track record of at least 7 years experience in the senior management of professional services, delivering solutions. Ideally within the mobile and enterprise wireless infrastructure market. At least 5 years experience working with technology in sizeable companies (£20m+ revenue). Well educated; ideally Degree level education. Good working knowledge of core project delivery tasks (e.g. project management, technical consultancy, forecasting and invoicing). Prince II or similar would be beneficial. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Client Delivery Manager to take on a fresh challenge in an expanding company.
