| Description | Java/C++ Developer (With Murex) – IT Risk – Investment Banking Experience Required My client are a highly successful global investment bank and they currently required and IT Risk developer who is exceptionally skilled within Core Java and C++ to join their teams. The main purpose of this role is to analyse and deliver project goals with respect to Market and Credit Risk requirements issued to the team. This role will involve understanding business requirements and developing solutions to problems within the current in-house application framework. You will also be proving BAU support and analysis to the business on day-to-day issues for all asset classes, assist in implementation of new products, and provide technical expertise. Essential: • Excellent Java and C++ Development skills within Investment Banking • Experience of Spring and Hibernate • Experience of Murex 2.11 would be advantageous • Experience of Operating systems: Unix, XP • Database experience: Sybase and/or SQL My client is looking for a candidate who has excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clarity of communication to all business users within the Market and Credit risk area. Experience within Investment Banking will be required for this role as you will be working within a very dynamic area of the business.
