SpecificationsLocation: Birmingham Salary: £16,000 - £17,000 OTE £10,500 - UNCAPPED COMMISSION plus various benefits, such as pension and holiday The Role Join a market leader in Motor Finance. Working in a highly motivated sales and customer focussed team you will expand the customer base through outbound prospecting, negotiation and conversion of potential customers via the telephone whilst successfully converting incoming business opportunities. Through effective follow up activity you will progress quotes to orders to ensure highest possible margins and conversion rates.
Handle incoming leads by providing quotations/ information, and conduct negotiations, in order that prospects are converted to customers.
Create a call plan to ensure that prospects are contacted regularly and/or at the appropriate times.
To prospect and generate opportunities using the database, ensuring there are a good volume of opportunities at all times.
Work towards building and maintaining a healthy sales funnel, ensuring there are a maximum number of prospects at each stage of best view.
Actively seek tender opportunities and follow the tender process at all times.
Support any marketing campaigns within Direct Sales and follow up leads generated from these initiatives.
Comply with the requirements and standards of the company quality policy and systems
