| Description | o Candidate should be able to manage large teams and manage the complete program management (50+ team size). o Candidate should have at least 4 full cycle JDE project implementation / Upgrade / Development / Roll-out with more than 8 years of experience in JD Edwards Enterprise One Xe / 8.11 SP1 / 8.12 / 9.0 versions in any of Functional modules ( Finance / Distribution / Manufacturing) o Candidate must be an excellent team leader o Candidate should posses excellent customer interaction skills on technology or business issues o Candidate should have an excellent verbal & Written communication skills, Strong team building abilities and should possesses expertise in conflict management. o Candidate should be well versed with the preparation and presentation of Solutions, Commercials and Other program management activities. o Conduct program progress status meetings with the internal and external stakeholders o Prepare and Publish reports to the management teams. o Should possess excellent skills in documentation. o Candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills o Should also be able to provide Solutions in Implementation, Upgrade, Integration and Consolidation in JD Edwards. o Should be able to prepare Transition plan, Transition activities and Execution of complete transition of the engagement. o Working experience of Global Delivery Model (On site/Offshore Model) is an added advantage |
