Description	US Investment Leader is looking for a senior “hands on” Java architect to help reengineer a number of their systems within their listed distributed exchange projects You will be joining the Flow and Market making team who are currently made up of a group of senior developers and business orientated support analysts. Their bespoke applications are used by the Flow traders to trade European Index and Equity Options on Liffe, Eurex, SWX etc They are looking for a senior architect/developer to with knowledge of developing high performance/low latency systems. You will be involved in key initiatives to improve time to market by developing java based code for of low level components. They are looking for someone who has expertise is designing and implementing business critical real-time distributed systems in either algorithmic trading, etrading, pricing or risk management. To be considered you will have a background of working in Front Office technology development team with knowledge of Equity derivative products (other asset classes considered). Computer Science or similar technical Degree (or post degree).
