Location:	Covering the whole of the UK
Salary:	£35/40k + OTE 60K + bonuses and company benefits

The Candidate

The succesful candidate must have experience of Managing a Sales Team who sell into the Commercial Motor Industry or to companies who have fleet vehicles or a company that sells automotive products.

You must have experience of managing a team of Internal and External Sales Personnel to achieve the Company's sales revenue and targets.

Must have experience of monitoring performance and taking corrective action if necessary.

The Role

Main responsibilities are:

To monitor and record the performance of the sales team and take corrective action where necessary.
To provide regular reports on the business to the Operations Director.
To ensure that individual team members provide all reports and statistics required by the Company and to ensure all paperwork is completed in accordance with Company policy and procedure weekly and monthly;
To ensure all customer queries are handled speedily, and professionally.
To maintain regular daily contact with team members and to hold regular review meetings to discuss team and individual performance, company objectives, and to communicate Company information and products
To be responsible for providing sufficient support and guidance and for ensuring full participation in local and national sales incentive schemes;
To liaise with other field-based and Head Office colleagues and to promote and maintain harmonious working relationships with all colleagues and staff.
