Description	Operations Manager – Vehicle Leasing SpecificationsLocation: Swindon Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 plus 27 days holiday, optional stakeholder pension, optional healthcare, annual bonus scheme The Role To coordinate and control asset management and customer service activities including management of a team of Operations Coordinators. Responsibilities: Lead, appraise, develop and motivate a team of Operations Coordinators who are responsible for irregular contract operations activity Collate and track data regarding customer insolvency Arrange repossession of trucks from insolvent customers and in cases of non-amicable termination Liaise with manufacturer to ensure any outstanding repair and maintenance is completed Maintain continuous communication with Insolvency Practitioners and provide information to third parties who may be considering taking over the contracts/novation Remarket repossessed vehicles including close liaison with the used vehicle division Calculate and submit claims to IPs following customer insolvency Maximise associated profit opportunities or minimise losses in the case of early terminations Liaise with Credit Control Manager and legal function on default issues and arrange repossession where necessary Contribute to monthly reporting requirements both nationally and for the client Assist the Operations Director in managing change, particularly the impending software upgrade project To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. The Candidate These are my key must-haves: At least two years commercial vehicle leasing experience Experience with SAP and knowledge of heavy commercial vehicles would be most advantageous. Staff supervision experience Good Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel - VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables Strong interpersonal skills A minimum of 5 GCSEs including Mathematics and English (or equivalent). Proven administration experience is essential especially drafting formal correspondence to customers.
