| Description | Global Investment Bank seeks an experienced Project Rollout and Support Manager with previous project support and financial services experience to play a part in the challenging projects of this highly successful investment bank.
You will be responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing the successful rollout of software and related hardware; implementing new software builds or hardware into the operational environments (test, production and DR); designing, implementing and maturing efficient processes, procedures and documents for the distribution and installation of changes to IT systems; supporting applications from initiation through to post-implementation phases of the software development life cycle. Skills required: •Understand the Software Development Life Cycle is key •Experience of Windows, UNIX (Solaris) •Sybase’s, SQL server database experience is essential •Strong understanding of network basics – load balancing and firewalls •Understanding the ITIL framework This is a fantastic and exciting time to join a globally recognized investment bank that is still growing their business.
