| Description | SAP ABAP Developer - Team member. Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, West Midlands, Cheshire. A SAP ABAP Developer is currently required for a world leading global manufacturer in Staffordshire. They seek an experienced SAP ABAP developer to become part of the existing SAP Development Team. responsibilities will include: - Development of bespoke solutions within SAP in accordance to agreed standards using SAP ABAP. - Interaction with the SAP Support Centre and Project Teams to translate ideas into robust scaleable solutions. - Creation of technical documentation - Driving continuous improvements through SAP. Candidates must have in-depth SAP expertise either in a SAP support or a SAP project environment. Experience on SAP template rollouts and methodologies. Experience of working for an International Company with a Global SAP multi-country environment would be an advantage, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industry. Candidates would ideally have worked on SAP ECC6 and modules - PP/MM/SD/FICO/QM/BW/PI and Basis areas. Key Experience/Specific skills: • Minimum 3 years SAP ABAP experience. • Able to complete development projects to a high standard. • Involvement in Business Process design (incl. mapping, fit-gap analysis). • Customer focus/ Client relationships • Team working, Communication, Flexibility, Commitment Successful candidates must possess an EU Passport, as overseas travel required (1-2 times a year). |
