| Description | The BW expert of the Competency centre ensures the reporting consistency for all processes around the globe (over 40 countries) and across all systems. He/she develops, strengthens, and communicates the core reports and how the integrates with the core processes. He/she identifies the local reports, and guarantees their development consistently with the core ones.
Key player inside the IS organization, the BW expert is the cornerstone enabling smooth system maintenance, rigorous roll-out of the central SAP instance to new locations, and communication to the business community. This role gives you the opportunity to move around different processes inside the team, the global Information systems teams, and all the operations business processes. The main responsibilities of this job are: - Work in close integration with the other Business owners (sales, purchasing, etc.) - Analyse and modelize reporting processes - Find elegant solutions to enable these processes in SAP - Document and prepare presentation for the process - Develop communication and training toward maintenance teams, project teams, and the whole business community (finance, purchasing, sales, production, and corporate representatives) - Report key issues to the management Your profile: - Engineer or Information system degree, - Over 6 years professional experience on SAP implementation including at least 3 on BW area - Solid knowledge of BW extractions from with Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Production, Finance. Multiple experience for handling loads from external systems. At least 1 experience of BPS implementation - Double competences BW & SAP R/3 module, or BW & Internet development are appreciated - Working experience in international environment - Available for international travels (about 30%) - Oracle and/or SAP basis administration experience is a + Qualities: - Ability to adapt communication according to the audience: from pure business to 100% technical - Capacity to anticipate issue resolutions and organize many different activities - Good relationships, ability to work inside a team, even disseminated around the world - Autonomous, ability to progress and deliver results by yourself - Capacity to support pressure, listen to others, and communicate your results - Good written and verbal English communication skills |
