| Description | SAP FI Support/Application Analyst - West End London. SAP FI Support/Application Analyst is currently required for a market leading Media organisation based out of London's West End. The successful candidate will have responsibilities such as: Second line functional support of SAP FICO and Proactis, our third party purchasing/expenses application (70/30) - Full training provided on Proactis. Provision of support services to the finance department and the wider business. Resolving issues raised by finance and the business through IT service desk. Managing and assigning issues to appropriate team members. Documentation of team support processes and procedures. Working effectively within a team of functional and technical analysts.Experience of P2P business processes.Experience of working with key finance users to understand issues and providing advice and solutions.A background in key accounting concepts eg double entry bookkeeping. Accounting qualification is not necessary. SAP Specific Experience: Monitoring/resolving interface issues using SAP tools such as IDOCs. Resolving interface data integrity issues with the business. An understanding of core SAP FICO configuration - AR/GL/AM/AP/Banking. Familiarity with SAP reporting - Query/Financial Statements/Report Painter. This is an excellent opportunity for either an existing FI support analyst or someone from accounts background that has moved in SAP FI systems and has some experience that they wish to expand on.
