DescriptionMy Client is looking for a SAP HR Analyst to join their organisation. Key responsibilities of the role are as follows: • As a key member of the SAP HR team you will be responsible for expertise, and co-ownership of SAP HR activities for both BAU support and Project/changes • Support business operations by providing SAP support and expertise to implement business change and BAU support in relation to HR Payroll, Personnel Administration ESS/MSS and Organisational Management • Evaluate business requirement and propose adequate supportable solution • Resolving Fix-on-Fail issues within SLAs and customer service standards • Responding to business and user faults and incidents in a professional manner within agreed SLAs • Develop and execute test plans and criteria to support the business change • Works with the HR Business support team to maximise value from solution • Keep up to date with SAP new offerings and functionalities to be able to promote them proactively to the business and within the IS team • Being involved throughout the whole development lifecycle of the change/project. This includes obtaining business acceptance after delivery and assisting in the transition from delivery to post implementation support Candidates ideally will have the following experience: • An experienced SAP HR functional analyst with extensive design, configuration and testing skills in the core modules of HR (PA, OM, Payroll etc.) as well as ESS/MSS experience • Experienced in investigating relevant OSS notes for problem resolution, and also implementing HRSPs and Legal Changes • Understanding of HR ABAP is advantageous • Results Orientation - Remains focused on results at all times and makes repeated efforts that ensure objectives are achieved despite setback, blockages or distractions • Service Delivery - Professional and courteous to business users and third parties and providing a high standard of service.
