Description	SAP Manager - ERP Finance - North West. Are you currently looking for a new challenge? Is your key area of expertise in SAP Management? Do you have a proven track record in SAP and People Management? If yes, Read On! Our global client is looking for an SAP ERP Finance Manager for their internal team in the North West, UK. The role simply involves managing SAP FI and CO specialists across and number of European locations. You will have solid SAP management experience and come from a SAP FI CO background. Any German / Italian language a plus but English a must! Other key deliverables should be clear in your CV/Resume in the following areas: • Demonstrated strong, technical project management and people management skills is essential. Strong understanding of business analysis, system integration and implementation of emerging technologies is required. • Experience with process re-engineering and integration of disparate systems is a plus. • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to engage, interact, and negotiate effectively with stakeholders of all levels, including senior executives. • Strong interpersonal, technical leadership and mentoring skills. Thorough understanding of risk management and mitigation approaches for complex organisation and project issues. • Must be able to clearly communicate with both business and technical staff. • Must be able to successfully handle multiple priorities at the same time, be adaptable and embrace change. • Results-oriented, pragmatic approach to problem solving. Ability to act as an advocate for consensus on complex issues And the following background / professional competencies: Individual must have prior experience in successfully manage a global team of SAP Finance professionals. Individual must have detailed SAP Finance and Controlling knowledge and experience, including hands on configuration expertise. Individual must have knowledge of the key integration points with other SAP modules.
