Description	SAP Operations Programme Manager - Hampshire. Our Global leading professional communications client is seeking an experienced SAP Operations Programme Manager. In short the role comprises: Day-to-Day user support / Continuous improvement / Deployment / Continuous delivery / Extension of functional scope / Providing central training expertise - ALL WITHIN THE SAP ENTERPRISE APPLICATION FUNCTION (UK US EMEA). As such you will be responsible for managing the following key areas: • Service Desk covering: 1st and 2nd Level support and some 3rd Level (including technical application support and maintenance, security and access and application change control). • Support service delivery management relationship with Divisional Representatives and key customers such as the Finance Shared Service Centre, Global Procurement & Supply Chain and HR; • Alignment with IT Services for infrastructure support and maintenance and change control; • Release and resource management, aligned with ; • Continuous Improvement of application assets, actively pursuing value propositions within the existing application scope through change requests; • Alignment with the CIO Solution Architects for change requests and application change control; • Coordination with the application projects team for change requests delivery, application change control, transitioning and acceptance into BAU (Business As Usual) operations.
