Experience & Skills
• 10+ years of overall business experience
• Previous consulting experience is required, preferably Big 4.
• Business process knowledge (in order of importance) in one or more of the following areas:
o order management
o pricing & billing
o physical distribution
o availability management
o accounts receivable
• Experience implementing SAP-enabled business transformations for one or more CPG clients. Direct experience working in the industry would be a plus.
• Experience should include multiple full life cycle implementation experience throughout all phases of the package implementation life cycle.
• Deep experience with one or more of the following SAP modules: SD, CS, SCM-gATP, MM, BW, FICO, A/R, CRM, MDM.
• CPG industry knowledge of various markets, competitors, future trends, and service offerings.
• Ability to understand client business requirements / improvement opportunities and determine how SAP can be used to deliver optimal business solutions.
• Understanding of SAP Best Practices in the client’s industry / process areas and ability to bring those Best Practices forward into design / blueprint sessions.
• In depth knowledge of ASAP-based Package Implementation Methodology and key deliverables
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A proven record of success in both academic and professional pursuits, established outstanding results, and a record of rapid advancement in every challenge undertaken.
• Bachelor’s degree is required, prefer MBA.
