| Description | SAP Application Support Manager / SAP Service Delivery Manager “ Significant experience with SAP Finance & Procure to Pay “ Total Package of up to £90K Our Global Client is seeking an Application Support manager, who will have the responsibility to deliver daily application support management, analyse the services for all the SAP applications support and ensuring timely response and resolution to all support requests. The individual will also manage the coordination of the activities on the application instances to ensure quality support services to the business, with clear understanding of the support processes. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in some, but preferably all of the points below: Managing 3rd party outsourced providers on a day to day basis to deliver agreed upon services aligned with business requirements. Providing assurance with systems are compliant with Sarbanes Oxley compliance Coordinating with other Application Managers for ensuring a seamless service provision to the business. Coordinating with other Application Managers to ensure consistent support processes, share best practices, and to look for opportunities on a global basis. The suitable candidate must have: Significant experience with SAP R/3 Finance and Procure to Pay modules preferably inclusive of JVA and interface process experience Previous experience in managing support engagements and meeting customer expectations for applications Working knowledge of best practices, quality guidelines and regulatory requirements, especially Sarbanes Oxley Act 404. |
