| Description | Sales Support Administration - Leasing and Fleet Finance SpecificationsLocation: Oxfordshire Salary: Negotiable according to experience plus a range of benefits The Candidate We are seeking a sales support candidate ideally from a leasing or motor finance company. We are looking for a reliable and experienced person with excellent attention to detail, initiative, good organisational and team working skills who is able to learn quickly and has proven customer service experience within a similar industry. Required education, knowledge and/or experience: Two years customer service experience in Asset Finance industry, with a good understanding of Leases and Loans. Confidence and ability to communicate with customers and inter-related businesses at all levels, both verbally and in writing Ability to work under pressure with a flexible approach and willingness to learn Customer oriented with confidence to handle difficult and demanding customer situations Self-motivated and ability to work under own initiative Excellent organisational skills and team working skills Able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to accuracy and detail The Role The candidate will be responsible for providing efficient support to the Sales function to help achieve the sales by providing professional assistance and maintaining good business relationships with Customers and Dealers Main tasks: To develop and maintain effective and efficient working relationships with customers and dealers Handling day-to-day activities and issues to meet their requirements. To develop and maintain excellent relationship with Regional Business Managers To support the Business Managers and dealers’ sales activities including contract preparation through to dealer payment. To provide support to internal and external customers providing timely response to queries – seeking support from Sales Support Team Leader where necessary. Generate Finance quotations in response to dealer, customer and Regional Business Manager demand as directed by Sales Support Team Leader. The Client Provider of Leasing and Asset finance facilities for Businesses and fleet companies Experience Experience in the following would be useful: Lease Admin, lease administration, lease administrator, documentation, contract administration, motor finance, fleet finance The Package The salary band is negotiable and there is greater flexibility for candidates with relevant experience within leasing/asset finance preferably in a sales support/administration environment. There is also a range of benefits including pension and holiday.
