| Description | Sales Advisor – Commercial Banking SpecificationsLocation: Edinburgh Salary: £15,600 plus bank benefits. The Role The sales support advisors work together with sales advisors, branch colleagues and other business areas to ensure that the customers are dealt with efficiently and transferred to the correct business area. Reporting in to the Sales Support Team Manager the sales support advisor effectively provides customer service and administration functions whilst adhering to legal and regulatory requirements and maintaining customer satisfaction focusing on: Getting it right first time by accurately processing work within appropriate timescales. Delivering outstanding customer service. The Candidate We are looking for someone with previous experience of admin or support in a financial environment. Knowledge/Experience/Skills Required Previous experience working for a bank or other financial organisation Understanding of basic Operational Procedures. Good Team Player. High level of Accuracy. Excellent Communications Skills. Flexibility and positive attitude to change. Committed to Customer Care. Keep personal technical skills up to date and take ownership of personal development.
