Experience in a Sales Support / Customer Service / Account Manager Environment
Experience of working in a leasing company or lease broker
Good educational background
Ability to multi task
Work with high attention to detail
Be able to work as part of a small team and also take ownership of any special projects and provide solutions
Customer service experience gained in a business to business environment
Transactional / customer service experience gained in Vehicle Leasing environment.
The Role Working in a highly motivated, office based sales environment you will provide assistance to the SME Markets Sales Team expanding the SME customer base by progressing orders through to delivery, undertaking credit applications and supporting the customer throughout the after sales process.
Ensure that targets on an individual and team basis are met or exceeded.
To meet or exceed when possible, the expectations of internal and external customers, by delivering quality customer service.
Ensure that any customer enquiries or complaints are handled efficiently and effectively, by the appropriate department and the appropriate complaints procedures followed.
Where necessary, identify and report suggested enhancements to systems and processes, to maximise efficiency and improve customer service.
Create and sustain effective relationships with both internal and external customers and suppliers, managing those relationships in a way which enables the company to expand the client relationship and gain maximum value.
