Description	Sales Team Manager – Fleet Finance Location: Birmingham Salary: ££30,000 - £35,000 plus bonus and benefits, pension, holiday The Role Working for a major fleet leasing company. This is a people management role. The key purpose is to maximise vehicle sales and profitability, whilst maintaining a motivated and professional sales teams. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Monitor customer enquiry levels to ensure that all sales staff meet required conversion levels from prospect to sale Lead, direct and motivate departmental staff to achieve agreed sales and profit targets Conduct regular sales meetings (minimum weekly) Provide detailed monthly report of sales activity to senior management Prepare and check commission statements Monitor F & I performance to ensure target profitability is met Responsible for the recruitment and training of appropriate staff to ensure the departments are efficiently and effectively manned. Lead, direct and motivate staff to achieve required return and turnover of vehicles. Conduct appraisals for all staff.
