The Candidate
 We are looking for a Supervisor or manager with good leadership qualities who has previous experience managing an administrative team. You will have:
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years of managing a team in a similar role
  • Proven experience monitoring team performance and reacting accordingly
  • Experience in motivating a team of administrators
  • knowledge of the principles of underwriting and bad debt desirable but not essential
    The Role
     The job holder will be responsible for organising and managing the activity and work tasks within the branch. They will also be responsible for managing, developing, driving and motivating the administration team including sales support and arrears. It is the job holder’s responsibility to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the office. They are responsible for supporting the Branch Manager and the sales account managers as required.
