| Description | Senior Business Analyst - Insurance / Business Architecture We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst for a Life Insurance company in the Surrey area. Candidate will be required to deliver Business Requirements to support the approved Business Architecture strategy, within the timescales and budget allocation that have been set. Candidates will need to be STRONG Business Analyst's with an excellent grasp on system development experience. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. To establish requirements from distributors, customers and Fortis business units and translate these into detailed system requirements for development by IT within the set timescales and budget. 2. To ensure solutions are aligned to the business strategy and architecture. 3. To assist the Business Architect in developing the business architecture. 4. To design user interfaces that are easy to use with features that are well sign-posted 5. To support the IT development phase, liaising with developers and testers to resolve systems issues, so that functionality is delivered on time and within budget. 6. To assist the Business Architect with reviews of business requirement specifications and the management of business analysis work. 7. To support the Business Architect in identifying and delivering back-office savings for distributors through integration of processes and systems. 8. To assess and prioritise requests for system changes, ensuring the most effective use of the available budgets. 9. To support Customer Services in the development of procedures, ensuring that these are consistent with our systems. 10.
