Description	Senior Project Manager / Project leader – Medical sector – £40k to £70K + Medical Insurance + Pension + Gym + 25 days holiday We are profitable, growing, and we are leaders in the medical technologies sectors, i.e. drug delivery devices, manufacturing systems, diagnostic instrumentation and surgical technology. We seek a high calibre Project Manager or Project Leader with a strong track record in the medical sector to assist us in our continued growth. This is a ‘hands on role’ with significant client relationship management responsibility, you will be required to manage clients needs along with manage teams of engineers, physicists, designers and technicians. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of current projects including proposals, financial management, execution and resources – full life cycle. You need to have: • Strong Project Management experience from the Medical sector. • A degree in engineering or physics (a must) • A passion for challenging technology and product development. • Established contacts in the industry. • Gravitas to engage with senior managers. • A good understanding of the regulatory context of medical device development (a must) You will be given a good deal of autonomy and empowered to make decisions - they don't know what micro-management means.
