| Description | My client is a highly successful, publicly owned investment firm who currently have a requirement for an Investment Programming Analyst who is highly skilled in developing VB.Net trading applications and C# with excellent business knowledge of securities, trading and markets, etc. The role will be to provide strategic direction and support of global trading systems (primary) and global decision support systems (secondary) as well as working with the trader to develop systems to help support the trading desks globally. Essential Requirements: • VB.net development skills • C# development skills • Unix operating systems • Business knowledge regarding Securities, trading, markets, etc • Knowledge of SQL Business Objects, Order management systems, FIX protocol This role is a development and support role – 70% development in VB.net and C# and 30% support of the London and Global Trading Systems.
